• WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHOES DON'T FIT OR ARE FAULTY AND I WANT TO RETURN THEM?
  We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, Please contact our customer service team at customerservices@grenson.co.uk We are happy to refund any goods returned in their original condition and within 28 days of the dispatch date and with a copy of the sales invoice with the returns section clearly completed.

• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY SHOES?
  Please refer to the details under 'Shipping' in the 'Customer Service' section

• WHAT SIZE DO YOU RECOMMEND?
  This is a difficult one as everyone's feet are different. The only thing we can advise is to look at our conversion chart in the 'Customer Services' section.

• CAN YOU ADVISE ME WHEN STYLES THAT ARE 'OUT OF STOCK' WILL BECOME AVAILABLE?
  Our stocks change daily and as our system is live we are unable to advise when specific styles/colours and sizes become available – we advise to continue checking the site.

• WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?
  All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.
  If your order is being dispatched outside the European Union (EU) then we will deduct VAT. Duty charges will apply when shipping outside the European Union (EU) which will appear on your invoice as a Tax.
