RETURNING MY ORDER
We are happy to refund any goods returned in their original condition and within 28 days of the dispatch date and with a copy of the sales invoice with the returns section clearly completed

IF MY SHOE IS FAULTY WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable. If your order is being dispatched outside the European Union (EU) then we will deduct VAT.

WHAT IF I AM A RESIDENT IN THE CHANNEL ISLANDS?
Products shipped to the Channel Islands are not charged VAT. This is because the Channel Islands aren't part of the EC VAT territory. Channel Island residents shipping products to mainland addresses will be charged VAT.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY SHOES?
Please refer to the details under 'Shipping' in the 'Customer Service' section

DO WE SHIP TO THE US AND CANADA?
We do ship to the US. Unfortunately we are not yet set up to ship to Canada. Please note we use UPS as our carrier, as we do NOT use DPD for US shipments.

DO WE SHIP TO HONG KONG OR SINGAPORE?
Unfortunately we are not yet set up to ship to Hong Kong or Singapore, however we sell to stores called Lane Crawford and It.HK that both stock a good collection of our shoes.

WHAT SIZE DO YOU RECOMMEND?
This is a difficult one as everyone's feet are different. The only thing we can advise is to look at our conversion chart in the 'Customer Services' section.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHOES DON'T FIT OR ARE FAULTY AND I WANT TO RETURN THEM?

CAN YOU ADVISE ME WHEN STYLES THAT ARE 'OUT OF STOCK' WILL BECOME AVAILABLE?
Our stocks change daily and as our system is live we are unable to advise when specific styles/colours and sizes become available – we advise to continue checking the site.
