SHIPPING

All goods are being shipped from Grenson in the UK. We charge a flat shipping cost to anywhere in the US and this we have tried to keep as competitive as possible. The cost is $15. Unfortunately this means if you not satisfied with your purchase it will be your responsibility to return them to us in order to process a refund or replacement. 

Please send the shoes back to us including your original invoice stating what you would like (refund / exchange / size) and we will process this as soon as we receive them.

Grenson will not be liable for any missing parcels. We strongly advise US customers to use a service where goods sent over-seas are able to be tracked with proof of delivery back to Grenson. Make sure the parcel is marked as "British Returned Goods" to stop any customs fees as Grenson will not accept any additional charges and the goods may be returned.

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange for higher valued styles. We kindly ask that you would purchase the higher valued style and send the other pair back to us for a refund.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHOES DON'T FIT OR ARE FAULTY AND I WANT TO RETURN THEM?

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused and we will be happy to help.

We are happy to refund any goods returned in their original condition and within 28 days of the dispatch date and with a copy of the sales invoice with the returns section clearly completed.
