Returns and Customer Services

Obviously we like to think that you will never want to return a pair of our lovely shoes. However, sometimes, people do.

Here’s what happens:

Send the shoes back to us at the factory, with the attached sheet filled out in full.

They must be visibly unworn, ie the soles need to be perfect and the uppers not creased.

Other than that, as long as we get them back with 2 weeks from when you bought them, you will get a full refund, except for the shipping.

Of course, if there is something wrong with them, you will get a new pair or your money back.
