Shipping

All goods are being shipped from Grenson in the UK. 
We charge a flat shipping cost to anywhere in the US and this we have tried to keep as competitive as possible. The cost is $15.00
Unfortunately this means if you not satisfied with your purchase it will be your responsibility to return them to us in order to process a refund or replacement.

Custom and duty

All items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, so recipients outside of the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Grenson cannot be held liable for any import duties payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

Grenson can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.
