WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHOES DON'T FIT OR ARE FAULTY AND I WANT TO RETURN THEM?
If for any reason you wish to return your unworn/unused footwear, please send, along with your invoice, to:
UK ONLY –
Follow the instructions to download a returns label and find a store
Securely attach the label to your parcel ensuring that the barcode is clearly visible and that any other delivery or returns labels have been covered or removed from the packaging.
Drop off your parcel at any local store offering the service where you will be given a receipt and tracking code.
Track your parcel at www.collectplus.co.uk/track liability cover up to £50 included.
Please note that returns must be posted and cannot be accepted in person.
Outside the UK -

We advise to send your shoes back via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, or get proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any additional customs fees or should the goods be lost in transit. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required by ticking the box provided on the copy of the invoice along with the reason for the exchange/refund. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.
We'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY SHOES?
Please refer to the details under 'Shipping' in the 'Customer Service' section. We quote different timeframes depending on which country we are shipping to.
WHAT SIZE DO YOU RECOMMEND?
This is a difficult one as everyone's feet are different. The only thing we can advise is to look at our conversion chart in the 'Customer Services' section.
CAN YOU ADVISE ME WHEN STYLES THAT ARE 'OUT OF STOCK' WILL BECOME AVAILABLE?
Our stocks change on a daily basis, we can advise with estimate dates when styles/colours and sizes may become available – we advise to continue checking the site or contacting the Customer Service team
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?
All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable.
If your order is being dispatched outside the European Union (EU) then we will deduct VAT. Duty charges will apply when shipping outside the European Union (EU) which will appear on your invoice as a Tax.
